These guys are the best I've ever worked with for HVAC. They've come to our house many times as we've worked out a few issues with an old system, and they have gone out of their way to try different ways to keep things running until we were ready to replace our system. Then they installed the new system in record time, and their bid was lower than others we had come look at it. Plus, they are genuinely nice guys who are a pleasure to have around. I recommend them highly!

We have used Epic a couple of times now and have absolutely been very impressed… He did not give us the "song and dance" routine that we have gotten from other companies. Nor did he give us a huge bill — it was very fair for the work performed!! I will continue to call them and have no reservations of recommending them to others!

Our AC stopped working at the end of July… Casey was able to come out as quickly as could be expected for it being the busy season. Casey was polite and professional. He diagnosed the issue (bad fan), replaced the part, and it's been working nicely since then. NOTE: I purposely waited a couple months to post this review to make sure the repairs were still good, and so far so good!
