The family behind Epic.

A Salt Lake company built on a simple, old-fashioned idea: do the right thing, every job, and the phone keeps ringing on its own.

Casey's story

Thirty-plus years in the trade. One way of working.

Casey has spent his working life inside Utah's furnaces and air conditioners — long enough to watch much of the industry change around him. Companies got bought. Technicians became salespeople. The tune-up became a foot in the door.

Epic Heating & Air is his answer: a small, family company where his son works alongside him, nobody earns a commission, and the advice you get is the advice he'd give his own family. It's why warranty networks — who audit every repair — trust Epic with their calls. And it's why our customers use words like straight, honest, and fair more than any others.

We're not the biggest company in the valley, and that's the point. You'll get a person on the phone, an engineer at your door, and a number that means what it says.

What we believe

"We do the right thing."

It's been the company's founding line from day one. In practice, it means:

01 Truth before revenue

If a $300 repair beats a $9,000 replacement, you'll hear it from us every single time.

02 Craft over speed

Level pads, sealed penetrations, clean wiring, verified startup. The photos on this site are our actual work.

03 People, not leads

We'd rather keep a customer for twenty years than win one big ticket. The math works out — for both of us.

04 A fair day's price

Family overhead, not corporate overhead. You pay for the work — not the ad budget, not the shareholders.

Why the warranty work matters to you

We spend our days fixing — not selling.

A big share of Epic's work comes through home-warranty networks, where every diagnosis is documented and every repair audited. That work has kept our skills sharp on every brand and made "repair it properly" our default muscle — the exact opposite of a replacement-quota culture.

Now we're bringing that same standard to more of our neighbors directly. That's this website's whole job.
