I had been looking for a reliable HVAC contractor for a long time. Four different contractors had come out to my home and given me very different stories. I didn’t know whom to believe. I contacted Casey and Dennis. They were straight with me. They replaced my 36-year-old AC without a hitch. The prices was reasonable. They were ALWAYS on time, promptly answered phone calls and took time to answer all my questions (and I had a lot of them because I was very untrusting). They were professional and courteous. I’m so glad I have a reliable HVAC contractor to turn to when needed.

Our AC stopped working at the end of July this year. We had just bought our home a few months prior to that, and had a warranty from Landmark Home Warranty. They contracted with Epic Heating and Air, and Casey was able to come out as quickly as could be expected for it being the busy season for AC repairs (middle of summer). Casey was polite and professional. He diagnosed the issue (bad fan), replaced the part, and it’s been working nicely since then. NOTE: I purposely waited a couple months to post this review to make sure the repairs were still good, and so far so good!

Woke up to a very chilly house on Sunday morning, furnace was blowing cold air. Tried a few things to get the the heat to come on, no luck. Casey called me back on a Sunday to say he could come Monday morning, wow was I delighted not to have to wait longer! I am happy to say Casey worked his magic, I am writing this from a cosy warm home. Could not be happier with the service provided!!!!!

Epic was dispatched to help repair my air conditioner which they did very efficiently and courteously. A couple weeks later it got cold and when I turned on the heater it didn’t work. So Epic came back out and realized that a connector from the first call had been loosed. They were very honest with me and did not charge me for the second call. I really appreciate a company with honesty and integrity and knowledge to keep my family safe and comfortable. I would recommend them wholeheartedly!

We have used Epic a couple of times now and have absolutely been very impressed not only with their professional receptionist/operator but how knowledgeable their tech is!! He did not give us the “song and dance” routine that we have gotten from other companies. Nor did he give us a huge bill- it was very fair for the work performed!! I will continue to call them and have no reservations of recommending them to others!

These guys are the best I’ve ever worked with for HVAC. They are communicative, respectful, and they do great work. They’ve come to our house many times as we’ve worked out a few issues with an old system, and they have gone out of their way to try different ways to keep things running until we were ready to replace our system. Then they installed the new system in record time, and their bid was lower than others we had come look at it. Plus, they are genuinely nice guys who are a pleasure to have around. I recommend them highly!
